Empfehlenswert auch für diejenigen, die keine Lust auf Kochen haben, denn bei Nigel Slaters Einfach genießen ist schon das Lesen ein Genuss. Ich habe dieses Kochbuch geschenkt bekommen und bin immer noch fasziniert davon. Nigel Slater beschreibt am Anfang des Buches, wie man an das Kochen generell herangehen kann, einfach und natürlich.
